PAUL REVERE MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITY LOCATED IN LEXINGTON MN, HAS MANY 3 BEDROOM RENTAL HOMES TO CHOOSE FROM. We are just outside of Blanie and Circle Pines. Paul Revere is just a 15 min drive to DT St. Paul and DT Minneapolis.
Our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom rental homes are $725 a month, this inclueds the rent of the home, rent of the lot, water sewer and trash. There is a $785 damage deposit and a $300 pet deposit (if applicable). Our application fee is $25 per adult.
We have parks not even a block away as well as shopping and restaurants just across the street.
